How do you place custom orders?
Custom orders can be initiated via email at sales@rosieli.com. We will guide you through a process that begins with inquiries about shape and size. For more detailed information, you can explore our Trade portal.

Are your products UL-certified?
Yes! Our 120V products carry both UL and cUL certification for dry locations. Meanwhile, our 240V products are CE-certified.

How do you place international orders?
To place international orders, please reach out to us via email at sales@rosieli.com. Please note that international shipping costs will be provided, but any potential VAT and customs duties are not covered in the quote.

How do I order light bulbs? Are light bulbs included?
Rest assured, light bulbs are included with our fixtures. If you require replacements, you can place orders through us.

 
 

Are your fixtures dimmable?
Certainly, our fixtures are dimmable. Please refer to the compatibility information provided on this link: [insert link to Triac dimmer compatibility].

Returns & Exchanges?
Given that each piece is meticulously crafted to order, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges.

How long are lead times?
Typically, our lead times range from 8 to 10 weeks. For larger fixtures, the lead time may extend to 14 to 16 weeks.

Do you quote shipping?
Yes, we provide shipping quotes. You can choose between curbside delivery or white glove service. Smaller fixtures can be shipped via UPS, while larger ones require professional crating.

How do you install the fixtures?
For optimal results, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician for the installation of our fixtures. It's important to note that the warranty will be void if the fixtures are improperly handled or installed.

 
 

Care & Cleaning

 

Metal Maintenance
Dust your fixtures occasionally with a soft dry cloth. Routine cleaning will reduce natural build-up and help to avoid deep cleaning.

Lacquered Brass & Copper: Wipe occasionally with soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners. Revive luster with synthetic car wax. We recommend Meguiar’s NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0.

Oil-Rubbed Bronze & Antique Copper: Dust with soft dry cloth. Spot treat with dry flat-woven microfiber cloth. Avoid chemicals and abrasives. Restore luster with furniture paste wax.

Polished, Brushed & Satin Nickel, Polished Rainbow: Same care as above. For Satin Rainbow, see below.

Satin Rainbow: Dust regularly with soft dry cloth. Use flat-woven microfiber for cleaning. Avoid wax and harsh cleaners.

Unlacquered Brass & Copper: Develops patina. Restore color with lemon juice-dampened cloth. Seal with furniture paste wax when dry. We recommend SC Johnson Paste Wax. Avoid metal polish cleaners like Brasso. 

Powdercoat: Dust regularly. Spot clean with gentle soap solution and soft brush. Prevent water entry.

Blue Salt Patina & Verdigris: Dust lightly. Avoid chemicals. Routine dusting reduces deep build-up.

Glass Maintenance
Dust often with soft dry cloth. Stabilize fixture or remove glass when cleaning.  

Matte Glass: Dust often with soft cloth. For cleaning, use gentle soap solution and soft brush. Prevent water entry. Treat stubborn build-up with with mineral oil.

Gloss Glass: Wipe regularly with soft cloth. For cleaning, use flat-woven microfiber cloth and soap solution. Prevent water entry.

Frosted Lightbulbs: Remove before cleaning, dry thoroughly before using. Follow Matte Glass care.

Stone Maintenance
Alabaster:
Dust often. Spot treat with damp cloth, buff gently. Avoid harsh cleaners.

Ceramic Maintenance
Crackle Ceramic:
Dust regularly with compressed air or feather duster. Wipe ceramic shade interior with dry cloth.

Gloss/Bronze Ceramic: Wipe occasionally. Spot treat with damp cloth. Avoid chemicals and abrasives.

 
 

Warranty

Rosie Li Studio will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser from an authorized reseller or distributor, or from Rosie Li Studio directly. 

Rosie Li Studio warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after date of purchase. 

Rosie Li Studio reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. 

In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make a claim to Rosie Li Studio within 10 business days of occurrence. Rosie Li Studio, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective item covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence.
